Supervision of the Annual Survey of Manufacturing Industry Companies 2024

Lampung Selatan, October 03, 2024 - The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS)-Statistics Lampung Selatan Regency together with a Supervisor from BPS Lampung Province, Mrs. Ir. Rizki Desmawati, MSI. carried out supervision activities for the Annual Survey of Manufacturing Industry Companies (STPIM) 2024. This activity is carried out in order to ensure the quality of data on respondents who have not responded to the survey activities collected, so that the results obtained are accurate and valid in accordance with conditions in the field.

 

The 2024 Annual Survey of Manufacturing Industry Companies (STPIM) was carried out to obtain statistical data on the manufacturing industry sector for all standard categories of business fields, in addition to the categories covered in the commodity survey that year. STPIM plays an important role in providing information needed for the analysis of the manufacturing industry sector, which in turn will be used by the government in formulating economic development policies.

 

The team from BPS-Statistics Lampung Selatan Regency together with BPS Lampung Province conducted direct visits to the survey sample companies in Tanjung Bintang Industrial Estate. These visits were not only to ensure that the questionnaires were filled out correctly, but also to provide assistance if needed by the companies that were participating in the survey.
