Sharing Session "Strengthening the Supervision Pillars of BPS Lampung Selatan Regency"

Monday, April 1 2024 - In the Evaluation and Internalization of Strengthening the Supervision Pillar for the First Quarter at BPS South Lampung Regency, SPIP and Gratification were explained. In SPIP, there are 5 main elements, namely Control Environment, Risk Assessment, Control Activities, Information and Communication, and Internal Control Monitoring. Meanwhile, in the presentation of gratification, it was explained that this gratification is different from bribery or extortion. In gratification, there is no transactional nature. However, this action becomes wrong when the receipt (whether in the form of goods or money and others) is not reported within 30 working days.

At the end of the discussion, examples of actions were discussed that could open our minds, especially regarding SPIP and Gratification. Apart from that, monitoring was carried out on the presence or absence of reporting at BPS South Lampung Regency during January-March 2024.
