Maintaining Village Level Data Accuracy, South Lampung BPS Holds Beautiful Village Development 2024

Lampung Selatan, 12 June 2024 - Beautiful Village Development Activities (Villages of Love Statistics) in Lampung Selatan Regency were held online via Zoom Meeting on Wednesday, 12 June 2024. This training was attended by four beautiful villages in Lampung Selatan Regency, namely Sri Katon Village, Way Kalam Village, Seloretno Village, and Tarahan Village.

 

The training activity was opened by the Head of the General Subdivision and Daily Executive (PLH) Head of BPS Lampung Selatan Regency, Mr. Rosadi Zein. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of Desa Cantik activities to provide an understanding of the recording and publication of statistical data at the village level. Accurate and consistent data from the village level is very necessary for planning and utilization in more targeted development plans and strategic decision making at the village level.

 

The coaching material consists of three main sessions including, Data Literacy by Farda Zayana Majid, Data Dissemination by Yopie Rispandie, and Village Websites by Nyoman Hariyana Binaloka. This activity aims to increase village capacity in managing statistical data that is accurate and useful for village development. With this training, it is hoped that every beautiful village can optimize data recording and publication, so that it can contribute to better development in Lampung Selatan Regency.
