Average Grain Prices in Farmers Up 8.01 Percent

Abstract

During September 2019, the Grain Producer Price Survey recorded 48 observations. Observation was dominated by the quality of unhusked paddy quality of Unhusked Rice (GKP) and Unhusked Rice (HFN).

The highest grain price at the farm level reaches Rp. 5,600.00 per kg in GKP quality grain with Ciherang variety is located in Gading Rejo District, Pringsewu Regency. The lowest grain prices reach Rp. 4,700.00 per kg in GKP quality grain with Ciherang variety is in Sragi District, South Lampung Regency. The price is higher with the Government Purchase Price (HPP) of Rp. 3,700.00 per kg.

At the mill level, the highest grain price is Rp. 5,650.00 per kg in GKP quality grain with Ciherang variety found in Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency and Gading Rejo District, Pringsewu District, while the lowest grain price for the GKP quality group is Rp. 4,800.00 per kg with Ciherang Variety found in Sragi District, South Lampung Regency. The price is above the HPP of Rp. 3,750.00 per kg.
