Average Grain Prices (GKP) in Farmers Up 0.62 Percent

Abstract

During June 2020, the Grain Producer Price Survey recorded 54 observations. Observation was dominated by the quality of unhusked paddy grain (GKP).

The highest grain price at the farm level reaches Rp. 4,350.00 per kg in GKP quality grain with Ciherang variety is located in Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency. The lowest grain prices reach Rp. 3,600.00 per kg in GKP quality grains with Appearing and Ciherang Varieties are found in Penengah District, South Lampung Regency and Seputih Raman District, Central Lampung Regency. This price is below the Government Purchase Price (HPP) of Rp. 4,200.00 per kg.

At the mill level, the highest grain price is Rp. 4,500.00 per kg in GKP quality grain with Ciherang variety found in Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency, while the lowest grain price for GKP quality group is Rp. 3,675.00 per kg with Ciherang Variety found in Penengah District, South Lampung Regency. The price is below the HPP which is Rp. 4,250.00 per kg.
