Abstract

The ten main export goods of Lampung Province in October 2024 are animal/vegetable fats and oils; coffee, tea, spices; mineral fuels; food industry waste and residues; processed vegetables, fruits, and nuts; wood pulp; rubber and rubber products; wood, wood products; various chemical products; and fish, crustaceans, and molluscs.

The main export destinations of Lampung Province in October 2024 are Pakistan, the United States, India, China, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, the Russian Federation, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Exports by sector over the past month show that all sectors have increased, namely the manufacturing sector increased by 64.08 percent; the agricultural sector increased by 31.01 percent and the mining and other sectors increased by 5.14 percent.

The import value of Lampung Province in October 2024 reached US$233.83 million, an increase of US$164.84 million or an increase of 238.94 percent compared to September 2024 which was recorded at US$68.99 million. The import value in October 2024 decreased by US$36.62 million or a decrease of 13.54 percent compared to October 2023 which was recorded at US$270.45 million.

The countries supplying imported goods to Lampung Province in October 2024 were Angola US$74.93 million; Nigeria US$71.44 million; Australia US$36.06 million; China US$11.22 million; Argentina US$8.05 million; Canada US$6.53 million; United States US$4.82 million; Malaysia US$4.06 million; Japan US$3.13 million; and Taiwan US$3.01 million.

The import value in October 2024 compared to September 2024 for raw/auxiliary materials increased by 309.59 percent and capital goods increased by 11.68 percent, while consumer goods decreased by 85.00 percent.
