Development of Room Occupancy Rate for Star Hotels Lampung Province in July 2021

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Lampung Province in July 2021 was recorded at 24.65 percent, down 25.00 points compared to the TPK for hotels in June 2021 which was recorded at 49.65 percent. When compared to the same month in 2020, the ROR for five-star hotels decreased by 15.66 points.

The number of guests during July 2021 who stayed at five-star hotels reached 30,508 people, consisting of 28 foreign guests and 30,480 domestic guests. This condition decreased by 29,519 people (49.18 percent) compared to June 2021 which was recorded at 60,027 people.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in July 2021 was recorded at 1.34 days, an increase of 0.02 days compared to RLMT star hotels in June 2021 which was recorded at 1.32 days.
