The Average Price of Grain (GKP) in Farmers Drops 4.00 Percent

Abstract

During July 2021, the grain producer price survey recorded 45 observations. Observations were dominated by the quality of the dry-harvested grain (GKP) group.

The highest price of grain at the farm level reached Rp. 4,900.00 per kg on GKP quality grain with Ciherang variety found in Sragi District, South Lampung Regency. This price is above the Government Purchase Price (HPP), which is Rp. 4,200.00 per kg. While the lowest grain price reached Rp. 3,300.00 per kg on GKP quality grain with Emerging Varieties found in Palas District, South Lampung Regency. The price is below the HPP which is Rp. 4,200.00 per kg.
