Supervision of Rural Price Survey in Kunjir Village, Rajabasa

On Wednesday, November 6, 2024, BPS Lampung Selatan Regency carried out field supervision activities for the Rural Price Survey in Kunjir Village, Rajabasa District. This supervision was carried out to ensure that the survey runs in accordance with established guidelines and data collection standards.

 

The Rural Price Survey aims to monitor the development of prices of various commodities at the village level, which will later become an important ingredient in the calculation of inflation and economic analysis in rural areas. The data collected includes the prices of food commodities, clothing, and other basic needs that are the daily consumption of rural communities.

 

In the supervision activities, supervisors checked the data collection methods and ensured the completeness and accuracy of the data recorded by the survey officers. In addition, technical guidance was also provided to officers to overcome obstacles that may be encountered during the survey, as well as to ensure that each respondent provides price data correctly and consistently.

 

This field supervision is expected to improve the quality of the data produced, so that the rural price data obtained can provide an accurate picture for the government and various related parties in formulating policies that support price stability and the welfare of rural communities in Lampung Selatan Regency.
