Susenas Seruti officers take to the field in South Lampung

BPS South Lampung Regency is again carrying out the 2024 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) and Quarterly Household Economic Survey (Seruti). Household sample enumeration activities will begin on February 19 2024.

The National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) is an important source of household socio-economic data in Indonesia. Susenas data has been widely used by various groups, both at home and abroad. Therefore, the continued availability and quality of Susenas data must be maintained and improved.

The quality of survey data is influenced by two things, namely sampling error and nonsampling error. Quality data must have the lowest possible sampling error and nonsampling error. In an effort to obtain quality data from a low non-sampling error perspective, the implementation (data collection) requires officers who are responsible and capable of carrying out the data collection well, so that there is a need for officer training to equip officers for the field.
